Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. To start a return, just contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: We do not accept returns on used items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), or sale items, unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. It usually takes 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund – whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it and give you a full refund. Just contact us as soon as possible.
