When you place an order, please make sure all your details are correct. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll get your items ready to ship. If there’s ever an issue (like a product being out of stock), we’ll let you know right away.

All prices are listed in your local currency (or as shown at checkout). We may update our prices or products from time to time, but once you place an order, that price is locked in.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship orders quickly – usually within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your package is on the way.
4. Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we’re happy to cancel it. For returns, the item must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed once we get the item back.

We try to make sure all product photos and descriptions are accurate. But since many items are handmade or hand-finished, small differences may happen – that’s part of the charm!
